Description:

DENSARE-2002 is used in swimming pools such as brine pools, sea water pools and pools with drinking water quality. The system also finds use in commercial kitchens, dairies and breweries. The waterproofing component within this system can also be inspected without destruction using induction coil testing e.g. through the TÜV. Therefore construction timings and costs are considerably reduced.

The technically approved DENSARE-2002 system is a system for the production of bonded waterproofing as well as the subsequent installation of tiles in commercial kitchens and swimming pools of all types.

ASO-Joint-Tape-2000-S
Special waterproof tape for more demanding situations and heavy duty use

Description:

• High quality composite, elastic, extremely tear-proof, waterproof, vapour permeable. Ensures the quick drying of water containing tile adhesives and waterproof coatings, high resistance to aggresive materials.
• For the watertight construction of expansion and construction joints within waterproof coatings produced with e.g. SANIFLEX, SANIFIN, AQUAFIN-1K-flex, AQUAFIN-2K, AQUAFIN-2K/M, AQUAFIN-RS300 and ASOFLEX-AKB e.g. in swimming pools, subterranean car parks and areas in contact with the ground.
• Technically approved as a system with waterproofing materials.


• Width: Dependent on the customer's needs, special sizes from 5 cm to 1 m wide can be produced in the factory.

ASO-Joint-Tape-2000-S-Corners
Elastic preformed waterproof tape section

Description:

• Preformed corner piece made from ASO-Dichtband-2000-S.
• For the waterproof construction of expansion and connection joints, e.g. in swimming pools, subterranean car parks and areas in direct contact with the ground.
• Technically approved as a system with waterproofing materials.

ASO-Joint-Sleeve-Floor
For the waterproofing of floor drains

Description:

• Composite material for waterproofing floor drains beneath ceramic tiles with e.g. loose/fixed flange constructions in swimming pools, showers in wet areas without shower trays using the waterproof systems SANIFIN, AQUAFIN-RS300, AQUAFIN-1K-flex, AQUAFIN-2K, AQUAFIN-2K/M, ASOFLEX-AKB.
• Size: 45 cm x 45 cm.

ASO-Dichtmanschette-Wand
For waterproofing pipe penetrations

Description:

• Composite material for waterproofing e.g. shower and bath fittings beneath ceramic tiles when constructing water impermeable systems with the waterproof coatings SANIFLEX, SANIFIN, AQUAFIN-RS300, AQUAFIN-2K, AQUAFIN-2K/M, AQUAFIN-1K-flex and ASOFLEX-AKB.
• Size: 12 cm x 12 cm.

Special Primer

Description:

• 2 component, low solvent epoxy resin.


• Moisture tolerant and water vapour barrier.
• Excellent bond to damp substrates.
• For priming oil contaminated, previously cleaned concrete surfaces.
• As a rigid, retrospectively applied waterproofing coat for matt damp cementitious substrates subjected to negative water pressure.
• For horizontal surfaces.
• Certified radon barrier

ASODUR-GBM
Priming, sealing and mortar resin

Description:

• 2 component, solvent free, low viscosity, highly fillable epoxy resin resistant to chemicals and weathering.
• For priming and sealing of concrete and cement-based screed surfaces. Furthermore as a binder for producing smoothing mortars and screeds / mortars e.g. in production areas, warehouses and loading ramps.


Density: 1.09 g/cm³

Consumption:

Approx. 350 g/m² per coat as a primer, otherwise dependent on requirements.

ASOFLEX-AKB-wall
Waterproofing material for use with tiled finishes

Description:

• 2 component solvent-free, pigmented polyurethane resin. Elastic with excellent crack bridging capabilities and good chemical resistance.
• Building regulations approved within the DENSARE-2002 system for wet duty classes A, B and C as waterproofing beneath tiles.

ESCOSIL-2000
Silicone sealant

Description:

• High-quality, elastic, single component joint sealant, based on silicone-rubber, acetic cross-linking and contains a fungicide.


• For expansion joints and heavy duty connecting joints for use in sanitary applications, in civil and below ground engineering, roofing, metal structures and window construction.
• After application the material reacts with humidity forming an elastic, watertight sealant resistant to weathering and ageing with good chemical resistance.

ESCOSIL-2000-UW
Underwater silicone sealant

Description:

• High-quality, elastic, single component joint sealant, based on silicone-rubber, oxime cross-linking and contains high levels of fungicide.
• For the elastic jointing of expansion joints and structural joints for use in underwater areas such as e.g. swimming pools, containers etc.
• Not suitable for drinking water applications or for aquariums.
• After application the material reacts with humidity in the air to form an elastic, watertight sealant resistant to weathering and ageing with good chemical and chlorine resistance.
