Floor coating in a Designer House, Switzerland
On a northern slope of the swiss side of the lower lake constance community of Ermatingen, the Architectural practice tec Architecture actualized a split level house on the terraced slope, that with its exceptional design placed a new emphasis in this location. The extreme hillside location meant that it was necessary to provide a three tiered solution in order to accomodate the offices, an appartment and a family house on this terrain.
The distinctive feature is a polyurethane floor coating from the SCHOMBURG ICS range in the entire living area that provided the optical highlights.
