Highly sulphate resistant waterproofing slurry - AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST
SCHOMBURG GmbH offers a new mineral-based waterproofing slurry AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST and with it expands the AQUAFIN range which has been successful for 40 years.
A waterproof coating that is not only impermeable to water but also withstands the salts contained therein is necessary when waterproofing backgrounds burdened with dampness and sulphates. Through the installation of the rigid, highly sulphate resistant AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST waterproofing slurry such areas can be permanently waterproofed.
AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST is suitable for waterproofing wall and floor areas in both new and existing buildings in interior and exterior locations and on to backgrounds that are not liable to cracking. These include waterproofing building components that are in the ground and in contact with ground moisture / non standing backwater, water not under pressure as well as standing backwater and water under hydrostatic pressure (with a suitable construction). Furthermore process water containers, manure and effluent containers and channels, retaining walls and sluices can be waterproofed with AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST. Moreover AQUAFIN-SulfatFEST is also suitable for restrospective interior waterproofing against water penetrating from outside.
