SCHOMBURG focusses on design
With ASODUR-Design we show that through high value grouts a tiled finish can really shine. The new generation of two component epoxy resin based adhesives and grouts cater for optical upgrades in attractiveness and decorative ceramic and glass finishes. Above all glass mosaics in bathrooms, showers, swimmimng pools and wellness areas get a new lustre.
The novel formulated recipe heavy in the tradition of previous products guarantees a partially very well established lustre in 18 bright colours. With the additional variable gold and silver glitter additives, the grout can be effectively further enhanced.
Of course we guarantee a creamy easy to use consistency, almost residue free grouting and minimal wash off intensity. ASODUR-Design achieves a fine closed-surface grout joint, that is hard to differentiate from cement grouts. The grout hardens free from shrinkage and cracks and can be used in joints from 1 mm to 7 mm.
The outstanding working properties combined with exceptional chemical and high mechanical resistance broadens the installation possibilities up to thermal baths and brine baths. The grouted tiles are easy to clean and the incidence of micro-organic structures is minimised.
With the classification to DIN EN 12004 as R2T - reaction resin adhesive with additional characteristics and reduced slip - the performance of ASODUR-Design is accentuated above all in technical respects. The confirmed parameters accredited by a test institute, in particular the non-slip, allows the user to bond glass mosaic sections and gives him the assurance when installing larger tiles to walls and floors.
